Deliver punctual responses to queries as and when they arise.
Support reconciliation innovations, especially focused on root cause review and break elimination.
Ensure compliance with the Oversight governance policy.
Ensure that operational client service delivery standards are maintained and enhanced for all EMEA supported activity.
Ensure that all offshore activity has appropriate administrative documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
The development of our offshore partners, supporting the growth of a skilled workforce.
Client service, influencing, negotiation and communication skills.
Decision making and prioritization skills.
Prior experience working within a fast paced environment.
Comfortability working both autonomously and collaboratively.
Strong investment management operations experience with good relationship management skills.
Strong experience of client communication and interaction at all levels.
Ideally knowledge of Middle Office systems and processes.
