Rseponsibilities:

• Management of the set up of new separate accounts and fund on-boardings.
• Provide regular and accurate client and internal communications, involving relationship managers or escalating issues in the process accordingly.
• Point of contact for new and existing EMEA institutional and sub-advised clients and prospects for operational, legal and general on-boarding and service queries.
• Maintain a relevant and high level of technical knowledge in relation to client and operational, legal and other client-related activities, in order to support the change agenda.
• Develop a strong understanding of current clients and their use of the firm’s products, facilitating a reactive and proactive approach to developing the client base.
• Support management of the operational launch of EMEA based proprietary funds.
• Communicate with relevant internal departments in order to help resolve any client related issues that may arise.
• Look to act innovatively within project management and to encourage positive progression to current processes.

Skills:

• Track record delivering process improvements.
• Proven ability to work with clients/customers in difficult situations
• High level of competence on various technology software such as Microsoft Excel, Visio/Process mapping tools, Tableau.
• Demonstrate ability to guide the organization and influence change
