This role is a great opportunity for a leadership role in the Fixed Income Client Services area for a top tier global bank. If you are someone that relishes having greater responsibility and shaping the strategy for the client service team this is the role for you.

Key deliverables of this role:
• Serving as a single point of contact for clients around clearing and settlements, acting as an escalation point for offshore teams.
• Maintaining a relevant and up to date understanding of settlement related industry, and updating key clients accordingly.
• Observing settlement MI across all markets, and encouraging change to maintain optimal efficiency for the focus client population and the firm.
• Acting innovatively, to aid in the progression of the Client Service Model.

Knowledge & Experience:
• Confident understanding of the Fixed Income Pre/Post Business and trade lifecycle
• Evidence of adaptability in regards to industry change and attendance to industry forums.
• Technical expert on position management for both cash and Stock - Depot Management, proactive use of stock ladders and strong understanding of the ‘Home Market’ concept.
• SME in repo and stock loan.
• Proven track record of working in partnership with a repo /financing trading desk.
• Front to back comprehensive knowledge of Triparty.
• Strong project management skills.
