Our client, a leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a Client Service Executive to join their London based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing leads with the Client Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Accurate and timely data entry onto third party platforms and systems
- Ongoing client communication regarding meetings and appointments and diary management
- Managing cash balances and cash movements including raising invoices for advice fees and chasing payment
Key Competencies:
- Previous Financial Services experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communicative and interpersonal skills
- Prior client Service experience is preferable
