Our client, a leading Asset Manger, is looking to hire a Client Service Manager to join their London based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing day to day account management to key members with the ongoing management of EMEA clients
- Acting as a conduit between the department and the key operational functions e.g. Operations, Fund Accounting and Performance
- Sourcing data and commentary as required, generating, reviewing and circulating regular client reports
- Support the deployment of in-house automated reporting solution and other operational projects
Key Competencies:
- Prior Client Service experience at a managerial preferably within Asset Management
- Strong inter-personal skills
- Well structure and highly organised
- Highly numerate and is able to cope with multiple tasks in a structured, prioritised manner
