Our client, a boutique Investment Bank is looking to hire a Client Service Manager to join their Asset Management team based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact for clients and consultants and answering any queries particularly for admin and reporting
- Handling pension fund clients and annual audit requests
- Customising client review presentations for regular update meetings
- Co-ordinate the customised reporting that is provided for institutional clients
Key Competencies:
- Understanding of UK client needs
- Solid understanding of performance and client reporting
- Ability to work in with a varied work load and client type and ability to multi-task
- Strong communicative skills
