Our client, a leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a Client Service associate to join their Personal Investing team based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all client enquiries are responded to within defined service levels
- Communicate effectively with clients and third parties keeping them informed of any changes/issues
- Proactively manage internal client relationships e.g. sales, legal, compliance and operations etc
- Manage client data for internal recordkeeping purposes. Escalate appropriately and to be risk aware
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 2 years related business experience
- Sound understanding of the investment management industry
- Strong communicative and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of the retail side of businesses
