BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global asset management company. They are looking for a Client Operations Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of operational processes in wealth manager or private client asset management.
Provide oversight of all stages of the client onboarding process.
Monitor the onboarding and transfer process and escalate issues when required.
Co-ordinate the onboarding of accounts with 3rd party custodians and new accounts with non-standard onboarding requirements.
Arrange set up of new 3rd party Offshore Bonds and SIPPs providers.
Process SIPP and Offshore transfer documents once transfer instruction received.
Subject matter expert within the Operation area for account opening documentation, SIPPs, Offshore bond and ISAs to be able to liaise with Fund Managers and their assistants.
Manage the relationship with the front office teams. Chair regular meetings with the relevant teams to ensure effective communication.
Review current processes within the operations teams. Identify and implement solutions.
Co-ordinate and support new business initiatives representing the Operations Department.
Co-ordinate maintain issue logs where required.
Ownership of the onboarding workflow tool.
Production of ongoing MI.
The successful candidate will have:
Good all round securities knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of SIPPs and Offshore bond onboarding.
Able to build effective relationships with 3rd parties and internal customers such as the fund managers.
Able to challenge current processes within the operations area and provide solutions and efficiencies.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player willing to respond to varied requests.
Understanding of the Crest GUI.
