BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global asset management company. They are looking for a Client Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience of operational processes in wealth manager or private client asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight of all stages of the client onboarding process.
Monitor the onboarding and transfer process and escalate issues when required.
Co-ordinate the onboarding of accounts with 3rd party custodians and new accounts with non-standard onboarding requirements.
Agree new onboarding processes and maintain the ongoing relationships with the new provider.
Process SIPP and Offshore transfer documents once transfer instruction received.

The successful candidate will have:

Good all round securities knowledge.
Excellent knowledge of onboarding
Able to build effective relationships with 3rd parties and internal customers such as the fund managers.
Able to challenge current processes within the operations area and provide solutions and efficiencies.
Good accuracy and attention to detail.
Team player willing to respond to varied requests.
Understanding of the Crest GUI.
