Our client, a leading Asset Manager is looking to hire a Client Service Specialist to join their London based team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quarterly reporting and drafting of these reports
- Support and investigate technology and process options to scale and automate routine collection and analysis of platform level data
- Provide bespoke client reporting and support reporting process automation
- Develop and roll out a data collection tool for central storage of fund level reporting data
Key Competencies:
- Strong client service/reporting experience within Asset Management
- Strong proficiency with Excel with the ability to manipulate data in a spreadsheet
- Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarise issues
- Strong interpersonal skills
