Complaints Handler - Part Time - Northwich

My client are looking for an experienced individual, to join the compliance team based in Northwich on a part-time basis.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration and reporting work of the compliance team
- Log, acknowledge, allocate and provide all the required notifications in line with business standards
- Responsible for the running of monthly ad hoc Management Information on Complaints

Requirements:
- 2 years experience in financial services/ Asset Management
- Be a pro-active individual
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to appy COBS and TCF mind set to principal responsibilities
