BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global investment management company. They are looking for a Customer Operations Senior Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately processing benefit projection requests, and supporting other processes within the Retirement & Benefits function as required.
Prioritise and thoroughly check the accuracy and completeness of all aspects of your own, and peers’ work.
Ensure all allocated work is processed or checked in a timely manner, working towards set targets whilst also avoiding exposure to unnecessary risks.
Adherence to team Key Performance Indicators including quality, productivity and contribution above business as usual objectives.
Support other team members during the absence of managers.
Ability to organise the day to day planning of workload for yourself and for the wider team as required.
Support management in the gathering of management information.
Deal promptly, confidently and accurately with enquiries.

Good decision making – a proactive problem solver who is solution orientated.
Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of service delivery, documentation and reporting.
