BRUIN financial is working with a global investment management company. They are looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Salesforce and designing process change.
Focus on developing new and enhancing existing systems, the Commercial Operations Manager works alongside the business to drive productivity, efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial organisation through the use of technology.
Work with the CRM & sales management team to identify process improvements, automate where possible and integrate workflows with current process using the Salesforce platform.
Turn business requests into functional requirements to help drive initiatives forward.
Support the global rollout of new commercial processes, ensure adoption, monitoring and ongoing management.
Design reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to support pricing, contracts and client data analysis and metrics.
Actively participate in and lead projects that target improving commercial effectiveness.
Provide support for commercial teams on the Salesforce platform and other commercial tools.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel.
Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and CPQ systems is desirable.
Experience of designing process change from concept through to adoption.
Demonstrable experience of building internal networks and drawing together cross functional teams to ensure effective execution and adoption of change.
Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills.
Strong technical, systems, and business process acumen.
Ability to reasonably estimate the time for tasks and then meet deadlines set by those estimates.
Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests.
Excellent data manipulation skills in excel and salesforce reporting.
