BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global investment management company. They are looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the platform market.
To support the on-boarding of all new assets by undertaking due diligence and helping in the preparation of any required documentation.
To support the on-boarding of new assets and by drafting and updating agreements as well as ensuring legal documents and presentations are scanned and stored in a timely manner.
To help in checking data to ensure new assets are correctly launched on the relevant platform.
To work closely with and support the relationship managers in the ongoing day to day commercial relationship management.
To answer phone calls, emails and general enquiries received in the team group inbox from existing and prospective platform partners and internal sales and proposition teams.
To help the team in ensuring Salesforce is updated by adding active prospects and cases that arise from enquiries received in the group inbox.
To support in the management of ad-hoc projects which involve platform partners.
To own and manage the relationships and day to day responsibility of Investment Trusts once launched on the platform.
The successful candidate will have:
Good analytical skills with a good eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
Good understanding of Excel is essential - Experience of spreadsheets and data manipulation is essential.
Well organised, able to prioritise a number of tasks to specific deadlines.
A high level of accuracy is essential to the role.
Good PC skills PowerPoint and Word.
Self-motivated, team player and hard working.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Stays current with the financial services industry as well as developments, regulations and trends.
