BRUIN financial is working with a global investment management company. They are looking for an Entity Reference Data Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Entity Reference data and customer due diligence.
Provide content set domain knowledge and expertise to assist with business challenges and data-related queries and client support.
Support delivery of content enhancements with the required data quality and coverage standards for internal use.
Establish procedures and policies to ensure data accuracy and ensure robust documentation is in place and training is provided to support all aspects of data governance.
Participate in workshops and review sessions with key stakeholders to understand data-related problems and design fit-for-purpose solutions.
Perform detailed requirements gathering, analysis and drive end-to-end management of prioritised and agreed deliverables.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, IT and Project Management teams on all aspects of entity reference data collection, including the infrastructure covering data collection, data models, workflow tools, data quality and management information reports.
Ensure data collection project-related work tasks are delivered against agreed deadlines, and regular updates provided to management.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience with KYC data.
The ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
The ability to be self-motivated and Detail-oriented.
The ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and verbal communication skills.
Strong MS Office skills, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to analyse, interpret and manipulate data.
Aptitude for translating client and business requirements into detailed content or technical deliverables.
Financial, economic or business-related degree or equivalent experience.
