BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global investment management company. They are looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in transactional reporting and disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

To review and oversee the outputs of the Regulatory Analysts.
Responding to client and company queries.
Investigation and implementation of new funds.
Maintaining systems and controls to ensure integrity of Regulatory Reporting data.
Ensure regulatory disclosures are provided to Companies & regulatory bodies within designated timescales.
Ensure daily transaction reporting is supplied to Regulatory bodies in a timely and accurate manner.
Continually monitor and improve the processes, controls and procedures associated with the function.
Utilising flexible working arrangements to allow team coverage over longer business hours.

The successful candidate will have:

A high level of literacy & numeracy and an extensive knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
Thorough knowledge of financial markets from an operational perspective including experience of client reporting.
Thorough knowledge of Regulatory Reporting for transactional reporting and shareholding disclosures is an advantage.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to liaise effectively with personnel at all levels.
Experience with MiFIR / EMIR.
IMC or IOC qualifications are preferred.
Additional qualifications would be an advantage.
