Business Processing Administrator – up to 21k + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Asset Management Company in Cheshire. The Financial Services Organisation is seeking a Business Processing Administrator to join on a permanent basis.

You will be required to Undertake all applicable business processing and administrative activities of the Business Processing Team, on the PULSE and Symphony systems within agreed SLAs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily interaction with the PULSE and Symphony Cash Management (SYD) systems, ensuring all applicable business cases are processed in line with client instructions, adhering to applicable SLAs and departmental procedures.
• Accurate and timely processing of payment in expectations, covering regular and ad hoc events.
• Accurate and timely processing of Withdrawal requests, Internal Transfers and Switches to ensure monies are paid out to clients in a timely manner and/or investments are transferred/switched, as appropriate.
• Accurate and timely updating of ‘Intelligent Office (IO)’ with applicable case details and progress.
• Completion of the full range of other administration tasks that fall within the remit of the Business Processing Team.
• Involvement in regular checking, monitoring and the verification of data.
• Close liaison with other departments, to ensure all business processes run smoothly and effectively.
• Assistance in recording and collating departmental statistics on a daily and monthly basis, where appropriate.
• Adherence to and updating of, all departmental procedures.
• Participation in the Appraisal and Development Scheme.
• To inform Line Manager of areas of concern and issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate the Firm’s Business Principles (Client, Excellence, People & Integrity).
