Our client, a leading investment bank is seeking to hire a Client Service Representative who will liaise with their operations department based in London.
- To respond promptly and accurately to daily client queries and requests regarding the administration of their accounts
- To maintain professional and productive working relationship with all business partners and working alongside them to ensure a resolution of client issues
- To participate and contribute to client team meetings
- Anticipate issues and proactively work to address concerns before they escalate.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and networking abilities
- Knowledge of securities industry and market
- Client management skills
- Understanding of investment industry with client requirements
