One of our investment management clients is currently seeking a Personal Assistant. The overall purpose of the role is to provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the German team in the business.

Responsibilities:
-European travel, including expense/invoice processing
-Diary management including arranging/confirming external meetings with German speaking clients/prospects/consultants as well as internal meetings
-First point of contact for client calls and queries, ensuring client matters are dealt with promptly
-Effectively prioritise, understanding the differences between clients, consultants, prospects, journalists and head hunters and how to handle each type of contact.
-Proofreading German documents/presentations

Key requirements:
- The successful candidate will display a proven track record of digital marketing and innovation delivery across a broad range of social media and digital marketing disciplines.
-Previous experience of providing administrative support to a team in a client focused environment
-Fluent German and English speaker
-Familiarity with German business culture
-Strong client relationship management/development skills
