Client Support Administrator – up to 20k + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Asset Management Company in Cheshire. The Financial Services Organisation is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join on a permanent basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with the Intermediary Sales team and provide admin support to a range of clients, including; The Intermediary Sales Managers (Financial Advisers), IFA firms, Portfolio Advisers and Intermediary Clients. This role is crucial in ensuring that a competent and efficient service is delivered to all of these clients.

Admin Support

• Checking application forms
• Producing Investment Proposals on behalf of the Business Development Director
• Producing Confirmation letters
• Obtaining terms of business for IFA firms, setting up agency agreements on the database
• Account opening/database updates
• Processing regular payment and withdrawal requests
• Managing printing and posting requests
• Arranging online access for clients and advisers
• Incoming letters, covering all aspects of client instruction and enquiries/ensuring the IFA is informed
• Dealing with information requests and providing valuations
• Producing fee statements
• Phone support
• General administration duties, filing, scanning etc.

Servicing Support

• Assisting the Relationship Managers with maintaining the relationship with the IFA Firm and ensuring that all Service Level Agreements are adhered to
• Rapport building with client/IFA
• Written communication with clients/IFAs
• Monitoring team email inbox and dealing with requests
• Reviewing Client/IFA Fee Structures
• Managing workflows and ensuring that all tasks are completed within strict deadlines
• Dealing with clients/IFAs on behalf of other departments
• Liaising with third party providers as part of the client/IFA relationship
