Our client, a cutting edge financial institution is currently for a PA & Assistant Business Manager to join their pensions savings department.
Uphold and manage daily travel and diary entries for two eventful directors.
To collate, analyse and manage information to produce packs for important meetings.
To support the onboarding process for new joiners and leavers.
To provide a secretary function for meetings/ training courses/ holiday requests.
To assist on daily business / process improvement actions.
Previous experience in delivering secretary / business management / office management responsibilities.
Strong use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
The ability to learn and develop from virtual / face to face meetings.
Ability to demonstrate examples of system / business processes and documentation improvements.
