Our client, a cutting edge financial institution is currently for a PA & Assistant Business Manager to join their pension’s savings department.

Key responsibilities:

• Uphold and manage daily travel and diary entries for two eventful directors.
• To collate, analyse and manage information to produce packs for important meetings.
• To support the onboarding process for new joiners and leavers.
• To provide a secretary function for meetings/ training courses/ holiday requests.
• To assist on daily business / process improvement actions.

Key requirements:

• Previous experience in delivering secretary / business management / office management responsibilities.
• Strong use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
• The ability to learn and develop from virtual / face to face meetings.
• Ability to demonstrate examples of system / business processes and documentation improvements.
