BRUIN Financial is working with a leading asset management group that are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Company Secretary in their duties to the Board and company compliance matters.

As an Assistant Company Secretary your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, scheduling and attending board, shareholder and committee meetings
• Taking down minutes and resolutions from the following meetings and ensuring they are documented as a correct record
• Maintaining statuary books and registers
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures
• Participating in various projects

The successful incumbent requires:
• Fluent in English, French or another European language is advantagoeus
• Excellent IT and minute taking skills
• 2 years company secretarial experience gained within a listed company, preferably within a financial services business
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
