We are working with a leading Asset Manager to hire a (Assistant) Company Secretary to join their team in London. The firm are looking for a candidate who is just starting out as a company secretary or up to 3 years experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting of Notice and Chairman’s Script from AGM & EGM meetings
- Carrying out duties to the Board, the Risk and Audit Committee and the Remuneration, Nomination and Executive Committees
- Maintaining the Company’s Stock Exchange Listing and monitoring the related processes and procedures e.g. Director share dealing and insider dealing
- Assisting with Board Evaluation, fee arrangements, preparation of dividend documentation and Directors contracts
- Assisting with the Implementation of corporate acquisitions

The successful incumbent requires:
- To be at least a part qualified ICSA Chartered Secretary
- Excellent IT and minute taking skills
- Significant company secretarial experience gained within a listed company, preferably within a financial services business
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
