BRUIN Financial is working with a leading global provider of alternative asset and corporate administration services that are looking for an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Company Secretary in their duties to the Board and company compliance matters.

As an Assistant Company Secretary your responsibilities include:
Supporting with the drafting of Notice and Chairmans Script from AGM & EGM meetings
Working directly with Company Secretary on all matters company and Board related.
Supporting the Company Secretary in their duties to the Board, the Risk and Audit Committee and the Remuneration, Nomination and Executive Committees
Maintaining the Companys Stock Exchange Listing and monitoring the related processes and procedures e.g. Director share dealing and insider dealing
Assisting with Board Evaluation, fee arrangements, preparation of dividend documentation and Directors contracts
Assisting with the Implementation of corporate acquisitions
The successful incumbent requires:
To be at least a part qualified ICSA Chartered Secretary
Excellent IT and minute taking skills
Significant company secretarial experience gained within a listed company, preferably within a financial services business
Strong written and verbal communication skills
