We are seeking individuals from an implementation/ transitions background with a strong knowledge of pension for an exciting opportunity with a top tier IM. The key focus of this role will be to carry out dealing of trades according to clients instruction on a daily basis on behalf of the Pan-European Institutional and International Business Development (IBD) businesses.

Key responsibilities;

- Ensure all transactions (deals) received are processed accurately
- Ensure all transactions (cashflows) received are processed accurately
- Continually monitor the effectiveness of the procedures and processes
- Compilation of accounting information as required by the client
- Providing information to third party contacts on client portfolios/activity

Key skills;

- Client service experience
- Must be able to work to client/CSM deadlines
- A proactive approach, able to use initiative to resolve problems and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of portfolio administration and broad accounting principles
- General understanding of the investment management and pensions industries
