Leading Asset Manager seeking an ‘Investment Management and Distribution Functions Business Analyst’ to join their office in Luxembourg.
Key responsibilities
• reviewing and analysing Investment Management MIS Reporting and their associated KPI/KRIs in respect to:
• Investment strategy and risk profile thresholds as specified in the funds’ marketing documentation;
• Portfolio composition, performance and compliance
• Trade Processing, including: Trade Order Execution, Trade Allocation/Block Trades/Cross Trades, Portfolio Turnover Statistics, Failed Trades and Incidents;
• The IM Regulatory Framework, including: Best Execution; Conflicts-of-Interest, Market Abuse/Anti Bribery/Insider Trading, Inducements / Personal Account Dealing / Voting Rights, Investor complaints and incidents.

• reviewing and analysing Distribution MIS Reporting and their associated KPI/KRIs in in respect to the implementation of the Marketing Strategy including
• The Distribution Network, including monitoring of flows versus budget and sub-distributor remuneration;
• New jurisdictions including foreign market registrations and country results;
• Marketing documentation, investor communications and client reporting quality and compliance.

• Identifying and investigating any anomalies or breaches of KPI/KRI thresholds and escalating them to the Conducting Officer as necessary.
• Assisting in the production of the Conducting Officer’s regular reporting and assessments on the delegates and their functional performance.
Skills/ Experience required
• 3 to 5 years experience in Luxembourg funds industry, preferably both UCITS and AIFs experience, segregated mandates experience desirable.
• Process focussed with emphasis on investment performance, CFA CIPM qualification desirable. Close attention to detail and accuracy and prepared to investigate and follow up on anomalies.
• Fluent in English.
