This well respected Asset Management Company is looking for an Client Service Manager to work within the EMEA Client Services department in London. This person should be a charismatic attribute to the department and be able to make and maintain relationships across the company, with internal stakeholders and with external clients.
Supporting the relevant Sales Directors and the Head of Client Service in the ongoing management of the EMEA Clients through account management.
Manage relationships with other connected departments such as Operations, Performance and Fund Accounting.
Client reporting responsibilities such as sourcing data and commentary.
Having an active part in any necessary investment review meetings and calls.
The oversight and participation of client on-boarding and off-boarding for the segregated mandates.
The successful candidate will have relevant experience of around three years working in Client Services within an Asset Management company this should include working with Middle office and Custodians.
Client on/ off-boarding experience including practical input and project oversight.
Experience of institutional client accounts.
Any experience of international clients would be viewed preferably.
This candidate should be numerical, a problem solver and have great communication skills.
