The primary purpose of this position is to produce a diverse range of reports and factsheets for both the wholesale and the institutional and wholesale client base keeping within the relevant regulatory guidelines and within the industry standards.


• The management of a team within the Client Reporting function of the company.
• Overseeing the production of client reports, data distribution requirements, factsheets and regulatory reports.
• To be an active instigator of any key projects within this space.
• Ensuring that the team’s procedures are accurate and timely.
• Forming and maintaining key relationships internally and externally to monitor client satisfaction levels.
• Oversight of third party vendors.


• Strong management skills and experience within an Asset Management company in a Client Reporting function.
• Great knowledge of regulatory requirements for global institutional and wholesale clients.
• Greta project management skills.
• Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle multiple issues.
• Performing well under deadlines.
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
• IMC qualification would be desirable, as would being educated to degree level within a numerical subject. Alternatively equivalent work experience is also advantageous.
