The primary purpose of this position is to produce a diverse range of reports and factsheets for both the wholesale and the institutional and wholesale client base keeping within the relevant regulatory guidelines and within the industry standards.
The management of a team within the Client Reporting function of the company.
Overseeing the production of client reports, data distribution requirements, factsheets and regulatory reports.
To be an active instigator of any key projects within this space.
Ensuring that the teams procedures are accurate and timely.
Forming and maintaining key relationships internally and externally to monitor client satisfaction levels.
Oversight of third party vendors.
Strong management skills and experience within an Asset Management company in a Client Reporting function.
Great knowledge of regulatory requirements for global institutional and wholesale clients.
Greta project management skills.
Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to handle multiple issues.
Performing well under deadlines.
Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
IMC qualification would be desirable, as would being educated to degree level within a numerical subject. Alternatively equivalent work experience is also advantageous.
