BRUIN financial is working with a global investor. They are looking for a Client On-boarding Support Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a relevant Onboarding role.
Supporting in co-ordinating the life cycle of take on and certain change related tasks across various business teams.
Monitoring of investor closing schedule.
Organising and communicating the closing board meeting schedule.
Maintaining and monitoring of the transfer of interests and name change log.
Producing closing reviews monthly.
Assisting in review of lead sheet reports and follow up on a weekly basis.
Monitoring fee arrangement logs including taking minutes of scheduled party meetings.
Supporting in the documenting procedure.
The successful candidate will have:
The ability to prioritise workloads effectively whilst showing efficiency to deliver at given deadlines.
The ability and willingness to gain a good understanding of Onboarding relevant topics in the business area.
Excellent PC literary skills alongside excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
The skills to provide a high degree of accuracy in all work that is completed.
GCSEs and A-Levels or equivalents are essential.
Educated to degree level is also required.
