An exciting new opportunity has opened for a candidate has the capabilities of leading the Client Operations team and strategy that will service all of this companys client in EMEA.
You will be working for an internationally renowned investments firm that has offices across the globe and a whole host of benefits for its employees.
The idea candidate will be one that has knowledge of Client Satisfaction, Operational Efficiency and Operational Economics experience. Your main role will be to ensure Client Satisfaction within an Client Operations department.
Develop the operating model for their team and implement transformation. This will need to meet the local clients needs whilst being consistent with global processes.
It will cover the full servicing of our clients end to end, using influence to service the Client beyond their direct contact.
Leading the CO EMEA team, developing stretch goals and performance indicators to drive results.
Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure continuous improvement, and leading by example.
Issue management and resolution understanding client and stakeholder issues.
Assist in key strategic initiatives in the region. Must be able to lead strategic projects and identify risks.
Communicate and build relationships with other teams in the company.
Relevant experience, including leading a Client Operations or Services team within an international financial services organisation.
Strong academics including a BA degree
Strong leadership skills
Strong management skills, including project management skills
A flexible attitude to change and progress
Ability to influence others and strong communication skills
Experience acting and thinking strategically
