The purpose of this role is to be a productive and effective member of support and service within the Client Relationship team and under Client Relationship Managers and their portfolio of clients.
Keeping up an great level of relationship and sales support to clients on behalf of CRMs, being their first port of call when the CRMs are unavailable.
Any Client issues or queries are to be met and resolved using information and advice gained internally.
Using any leads to maximise revenue for the company through sales.
The preparation of meeting packs for client meetings.
Relevant experience in a similar company.
Degree educated (2:1 Candidates will be favoured).
Client service experience and experience with institutional Clients.
It is important to have great communication and negotiation skills.
