We are currently working with a boutique investment firm which works with a range of clients from HNW to the Institutional market. They have a unique investment model and are developing a strategic approach to managing wealth focusing on long term returns.
They follow a multi asset strategy and have both active and passive exposure.
They are currently looking for a charismatic Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager who can join their dynamic team and work alongside a partner in key business development activities.
The individual will work as part of the small team to build partnerships with external consultants, trustees and other third parties, and institutional clients and must have experience of developing these types of relationships within previous roles.
They will look to oversee and drive the ongoing strategic relationships with external relationships and ensure that receipt of communications, attendance at events and other activates all contribute to awareness and promotion of the brand.
Day to day tasks will include but not be limited to:
Attend and arrange meetings with clients and engage in crating and attending pitches, representing the company at meetings and events.
Work with the wider team to complete market research, created documents and presentations
Individuals need to have experience working in a client generation role, and working as part of a team to bring in new business. Knowledge of working both with distribution and institutional clients would be an advantage.
Candidates should have the IMC or CFA Level 1 or would need to complete this shortly after joining.
Candidates must come from an investment firm, and applications without this experience will not be considered.
