BRUIN financial is working with a leading, global financial services company. They are looking for an Order Management Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will set the tone in the department by modelling the company’s core values whilst providing leadership to build effective teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies that will position the business for continued success.
Manage sustainable growth and lead changes that are needed to deliver results.
Actively engage with and motivate associates.
Create high standards of excellence by seeking new ways to grow and be challenged.
Work alongside senior associates to analyse workflow as required.
Monitor trends where work can be more efficient, identify issues and manage operational changes to improve workflow.
Establish individual and team goals to help reach business objectives.
Resolve problems whilst ensuring to communicate these problems to management.
Keeps up-to-date of both internal and external trends and makes recommendations to align with business priorities.
Identify opportunities for new projects by understanding current and future business needs.

The successful candidate will have:

The ability to lead and manage initiatives across all teams.
In-depth knowledge of the investment management industry whilst showing knowledge of current and future policies, trends, technology and information affecting Global Investment Control.
A strong understanding of equity and fixed income business and the ability to anticipate a future business environment.
A broad working knowledge of Global Investment Control’s functional responsibilities with various partners. And an in-depth knowledge of team responsibilities, processes, controls and risks.
