A leading national independently owned financial services company is looking for Private Client Administrator to join the City Based London Office. The main aim of this position is to give administrative support to the team managing charity and pension and private client portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the creation of valuation reports.
• Creating ad hoc reports for client meetings.
• Liaising with other teams on administration issues.
• Dealing with foreign exchange transactions and cash transfers for clients.
• Assisting in research and resolution of client queries.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience within a similar role.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and their application in retail investment management.
• CISI IOC qualification or willingness to take the CISI IAD would be preferable.
