Our Company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to manage the on boarding and documentation of clients whilst liaising with all involved stakeholders. The role will be required to work on global on boarding.
The management of the complex on boarding of Clients as identified during the RFP phase.
Fulfilling any regulatory requirements through collecting all required documents and achieving a sign off from clients and/ or internal teams.
Overseeing and monitoring progress of internal operational components.
Tracking and reporting progress of each on boarding against their progress plan and the resolution of any delay or issue.
Relevant experience in a similar role and similar companies.
Great project management skills and the ability to analyse data.
Interpersonal and communication skills are critical.
The ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
