My client, a leading Lloyd's Broker is looking for an experienced PA/EA to assist their CFO and two of his senior team.
The client in question has a fantastic reputation within the Lloyd's and London Insurance Market and working for this CFO would certainly offer you a great insight into a thriving business.
Working closely with the CFO you will be tasked with running reports and MI via Excel so a strong working knowledge of Excel is essential.
Day to day tasks will include:
Full Diary Management including avoiding conflicts
Organising travel both domestically and internationally
Organising meetings and events
Managing expenses and invoicing queries
Arranging and collating information for board packs
