Data Analyst required for a growing Pensions Consultancy in Leeds to perform a mixture of data migrations, automation, general software maintenance and to support the administration teams for project work on a mixture of defined benefit, defined contribution, hybrid and CARE based schemes.

Key responsibilities for the Data Analyst:
• Data Analyst required to undertake scheme data migrations, including data map preparation, query log collation and full audit
• Attend project meetings as required and prepare scheme information documents
• Create automated routines, including member calculations, benefit statements and pension increases
• Prepare reports and data extracts as requested by the administration team

Key Skills required as a Data Analyst:
• Organised approach to pensions project work
• High level of competence using Excel
• Data migration / manipulation experience
• A sound pensions technical knowledge
• Experience with a variety of pension scheme types (e.g. DC, DB and CARE)
• The ability and willingness to work within a project environment, often to strict deadlines

Data Analyst Experience Required:
• Educated to A level standard or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience carrying out a similar role within the pensions implementation, or at least 3 years’ experience working in a pensions project role.
• Relevant professional qualifications (QPA, PMI or similar)
• Knowledge of project management methodologies

Excellent salary up to £40k and benefits package available, depending on experience, for the successful candidate.
