Training and L&D Assistant required for leading London based Wealth Management Company. Working with the wider HR team you will be responsible for ensuring all staff meets all regulatory requirements for their individual roles whilst delivering a clear defined learning path for each employee.

Reporting into the Head of HR you will be tasked with:

• Organising and booking training activities for colleagues across the business
• Completing initial training plan for new joiners
• Completing progression training plan for colleagues
• Booking mandatory regulatory training activities
• Booking and scheduling any training activities whilst managing attendees
• Booking distance learning and exams with professional qualification providers
• Keeping qualification records
• Setting up and managing completion of performance appraisals
• Setting up new joiners, removing leavers and managing organisational changes in structure, supervision and roles
• Managing and reporting on any trends in behaviour and competence
• Organising and scheduling annual conduct rules training
• Managing records required for FCA Directory and prepare changes for upload to FCA
