Marketing Manager – HR Solutions – London - £40K + package

My client are a global financial services firm who are looking to expand the employee benefits arm of their business. They are looking to hire a Marketing manager with a sole focus of targeting HR professionals to provide bespoke solutions into their business. This will be a broad B2B Marketing role, working in a growing team, covering both acquisition and retention:

Key Objectives:
• Work with internal subject matter experts to source newsworthy and relevant content for whitepapers, articles, nurture emails and blogs.
• Work closely with practice and sales heads on strategic marketing plans for the year.
• Develops strong working relationships with practice area leadership teams, key stakeholders and colleagues within the marketing team.
• Supporting the Head of Marketing, creating a marketing strategy for the year.

Key Skills:
• Marketing (Or equivalent) degree;
• Ability to work autonomously, creating campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• At least three years’ B2B marketing experience, preferably in an HR-related business.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge digital marketing techniques.
