I am recruiting for an HR Lead within Compliance, Risk and Policy for a well known Asset Manager.

If you are an experienced HR Lead with a solid understanding and knowledge of regulations then this is the role for you.
You will be joining this Asset Management firm at an exciting time. They have some fantastic projects to work on and that is proven in that the fact that this role has been generated. The firm in question believe that throughout any change the impact on their people is at the forefront of their plans hence this role being managed from a Human Resources perspective.
You as the HR Lead will be responsible for ensuring the organisations HR Operations, Practices and Policies across EMEA and APAC remain compliant within the individual requirements across each of the countries they have a presence in.
The international HR team are extremely well equipped to assist any projects you will be managing.
You will be tasked with:
Managing the HR Compliance and Risk Mitigation programme across EMEA and APAC
Project Managing HR regulatory changes/updates (SM&CR, Brexit, Working Time etc.) from a people perspective
Partnering senior stakeholders ensuring understanding on technical regulations and change
Acting as an SME on HR Compliance matters
People managing a growing team
