I am currently assisting a growing Lloyds Syndicate recruit a Recruitment Coordinator for their very busy HR team. The company in question have a fantastic work life balance and have employee wellbeing at the heart of everything they do.
Working closely with both the business and the HR team it will be your remit to assist with:
Defining all Job Descriptions including rationale to hire
Benchmarking roles to ensure the organisation stays competitive
Managing the recruitment process including:
o Briefing agencies
o Interview scheduling
o Offer management
o Background and administration checks
o On boarding of successful candidates
It is essential that you have recruitment experience in the Lloyds and London Insurance Market to be considered for this role.
