I am currently assisting a very well known Asset Management firm recruit an experienced EMEA Senior Compensation Specialist for their well thought of busy HR Team.

Partnering closely with the EMEA HR Relationship team as well as multiple internal teams you as the Compensation Specialist will be tasked with the design and implementation of a robust EMEA Compensation cycle to ensure that the teams are advised and guided through the trends and regulations of all compensation needs from an external marker perspective.
Daily you will be tasked with:
Managing the EMEA Compensation process to include salary and bonus forecasting, new hire analysis alongside periodic reporting to senior management
Continual analysis and review of external compensation market data to ensure senior stakeholders are aware of trends and gaps
Working heavily with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure local regulations are met within the EMEA region
Building strong internal relationships with the EMEA HR Partnering team to assist with any line queries potential risks
Ensuring each department or territory is educated to ensure compliance to global schemes and processes.
In summary this will suit an individual with strong compensation experience ideally from the Investment/Asset Management Industry with exposure/knowledge of the EMEA workforce market.
