We are currently assisting a very well respected Professional Services company recruit an experienced HR/Recruitment Coordinator for a yearlong FTC for their forward thinking and proactive Human Resources function. The wider HR team consists of L&D, Comps and Bens and Payroll functions allowing you to partner the business fully.

They are one of the leading and well respected companies in their field. This is highlighted on the Recruitment projects you and the rest of the HR team will be responsible for. My client also promotes a genuine flexible working approach with working from home.
Daily, you will be tasked with:
Writing comprehensive role profiles and adverts in conjunction with the stakeholders and wider HR team.
Developing direct recruitment channels whilst maintaining and developing recruitment consultancy relationships including managing the PSL.
Managing the social media channels to reflect recruitment and culture.
Arranging interviews and delivering testing where required.
Preparing interview guides and recruitment tests in conjunction with the recruiting managers and HR.
Managing the candidate tracking systems
Running and communicating role specific MI to management
Providing first level advice and guidance to recruiting managers
Proactively liaising with hiring manager and HRBP on all live roles.
Adhering to the firms Information Security standards, policies and procedures.
