My client takes care in its Talent Acquisition seriously and they certainly invest in early careers. This leading Investment Management firm are currently recruiting for an Early Careers Recruitment Lead for their European operation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very vibrant busy recruitment team to help scope their Early Careers Recruitment process. You will be responsible for all areas of Talent Acquisition and Development of their Early Careers Talent.

As the successful candidate you will be working directly with internal stakeholders such as Global HR, Talent Management and Business Unit Heads to identify the needs and skill sets required.

Your main duties will include:

• The operational delivery of headcount demand within Early Careers across assigned business units or schemes across UK, and Continental Europe.
• Partnering with business units heads and in working closely with the Global Early Careers Lead, to identify and map out career paths and headcount demand for early careers candidates across graduate and apprentice programmes.
• Delivering on-site events, marketing and on-going relationships with partner schools, universities and facilities.
• Pipelining early careers interventions, diversity and intern/work experience programmes.

You as the successful candidate will have:

The ability to deliver exceptional top talent and insight to internal groups through external knowledge and networks. You will be process driven to ensure each project runs smoothly with minimal disruption to the business.
