I am assisting a well known Pensions Company recruit a Human Resources Business Partner/Manager for their busy London office.
Acting as the Deputy to the Head of HR you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Operational HR function which will also include Projects and partnering the wider business.
You as the HR Manager will be tasked with:
Strategic workforce planning
Leading on Comps and Bens
Managing Internal communications
Projects for example TUPE and integration work
Manage HR team across the UK 6 across UK- 1 of those in London
