We are currently assisting a well known and respected Investment Management firm recruit for an Early Careers Programme Lead to assist with the Attraction, Retention and Ongoing Development of their Graduate and Apprentice talent.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for:
Leading the design and strategy on learning content/delivery for apprenticeships and graduates within the early years of their career globally.
Managing and working with key stakeholders across multiple divisions and regions of the organisation to ensure that programmes are delivering the needs of the business.
Acting as Subject Matter Expert for all Apprenticeship standards, understanding apprenticeship levy guidelines for different regions, and coordinating the process with external parties and stakeholders.
Designing, delivering and executing of on-going training interventions including designing the graduate induction, continued learning and technical training as required.
Managing the annual compensation review for apprentices and graduates working with reward colleagues and line managers.
Managing the rotation and roll off for graduates and apprentices at the end of their programme.
Budgeting management and reporting for all early careers programmes globally.
