We are currently assisting a very well respected Independent Lloyds Broker recruit an experienced HR Advisor for their well thought of and proactive Human Resources function. This is a full generalist role where you will be integral to the business in the partnering of the HR team.
The Broker in question is an award winning organisation and has a very strong brand within the Lloyds and London Insurance Market.
Reporting into a strong and knowledgeable Head of HR you will be tasked with:
Partnering a very senior team of C-Suite individuals continually coaching
Act as main point of contact for all employee queries whilst liaising with HR specialists
Advise and lead on recruitment needs for designated departments
Driving the development of your business units employees, ensuring professional development
Being the go to for the analysis of HR data on Excel
The role is joining an HR team that is extremely well thought of within the internal structure of the business and is integral in working towards the companys strategy and business goals.
