I am currently assisting a well known Investment Management company recruit an experienced Senior HR Lead to develop the EMEA growth strategy for their very strong and respected Front Office/Distribution.
The company in question have always had employee welfare at the forefront of whatever they do, from developing their employee wellbeing to professionally developing employee knowledge. They are one of the leading and well respected investment managers in their field. This is highlighted within the HR projects you and the rest of the HR team will be responsible for.
You as the Senior Human Resources lead will be tasked with defining a long term roadmap to support the regional business growth from a talent and people perspective. You will be leading the international HR operating model development for the EMEA Front Office. This will be working daily with the Global HR Business Partner and the Regional Head of HR.
Key deliverables are:
Partnering FO/Distribution via senior stakeholders/ EMEA Exec Committee (which you will be a part of)
Rolling out your clear and defined long term development plan for the people in EMEA
Managing a large team of HR professionals in London with a dotted line report regionally
Supporting your wider client base on the full HR life cycle inc ER, year end, talent succession etc.
Leveraging global HR support to deliver the EMA people plan
