I have a unique opportunity within Business Management for an individual with a creative flair and background with a leading Financial Services company based in the City.
Our client who positively endorses a flexible working environment and who would promote a level of working from home is looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator ideally from a background within Investment Management.
Reporting directly to a fantastic Senior Manager of Business Administration you will be responsible for:
Managing the on boarding process for any new starters.
Assisting with the procurement process for technology areas.
Compiling material for divisional reports including intensive PowerPoint and SharePoint work.
Assisting with Business Continuity Planning.
Expenses and Invoices processing.
