This company offer great internal mobility and this is the reason for this FTC. This 1 year FTC is due to someone taking a move to a different role within their Human Resources team.

As the new HR and Recruitment Assistant you will be joining this Asset Management firm at an exciting time. They are growing rapidly and this role and function will only get larger!

If you are an experienced HR and Recruitment Assistant and want more exposure to a generalist HR function then this is the role for you.

You as the HR Assistant you will be involved in:

• Managing Recruitment administration
• Leading the on boarding process
• Assisting with any case management
• Managing HR Management Information using Workday

About you

• Experience in HR Administration ideally in Financial Services
• Experience of working with Workday or a similar HRIS
• Ability to look at procedures and offer improvements
• Ability to work in a fast paced, pressurised environment
